The IT Edge team successfully completed the custom WordPress website for the i2n Angels initiative of the Chester County Economic Development Council. The goal of the project was to create a modern, engaging, and easy-to-manage digital presence that reflects i2n Angels’ mission to connect entrepreneurs and investors within the regional innovation network.

The project began with the setup of a secure and optimized WordPress hosting environment. Once the foundation was established, WordPress was installed and configured to ensure stability, performance, and scalability. IT Edge then connected the domain and began developing the site’s custom design using a WordPress theme builder, taking inspiration from reference sites and adhering closely to CCEDC’s branding guidelines.

The completed website features six core pages: Home, About, Executives and Membership, Entrepreneurs, Portfolio, and Contact. Each page was carefully designed to highlight i2n Angels’ mission and make it easy for visitors to find information, explore investment opportunities, and connect with the organization. The IT Edge team incorporated all client-provided text, graphics, and photography to create a cohesive and authentic presentation.

A custom inquiry form was developed and implemented with Google reCAPTCHA V3 for added spam protection. The site was reviewed in three detailed rounds to refine design elements and ensure full client satisfaction. Additionally, Google Analytics and Google Search Console were integrated using Google Site Kit to enable accurate tracking and performance insights. Initial search engine optimization was applied across all pages, including the setup of title tags, meta descriptions, and indexing through the YOAST plugin.

The finished website provides a strong online foundation for the i2n Angels initiative, supporting its efforts to foster entrepreneurship and innovation throughout Chester County and beyond.
