IT Edge is a service based business. Our entire focus is taking care of our clients quickly and getting the job done right the first time. We have a systematic onboarding process for new clients to make sure we get off to a good start. Each client has an account manager. Each account manager has a field tech to support them and their clients. Key to our high level of service is our Helpdesk. At all times there are multiple techs taking incoming calls and providing immediate support. The Helpdesk is managed by our Service Manager, who also insures timely setup of new PCs and repair of existing PCs.
We have invested in Connectwise, the industry leading software for IT Support companies. This program allows us to keep track of your unique setup so all of our staff is able to assist quickly and accurately. Every issue or request gets setup as a new ticket so nothing ever gets missed. The scheduling module makes it easy for us to work together and insure prompt service.
Back in 2008, IT Edge diversified and formed a software division that now focuses on SalesForce. We have a staff of certified Salesforce developers that consult, program and implement solutions for a wide variety of clients.
With the increased capabilities of the Cloud, we formed a position for Cloud and Software services to compliment our software division. Here we focus to see if the Cloud or In-House is the best option for our clients. We often find a blend of both is the right way to go.
