IT Edge is a service based business. Our entire focus is taking care of our clients quickly and getting the job done right the first time. We have a systematic onboarding process for new clients to make sure we get off to a good start. Each client has an account manager. Each account manager has a field tech to support them and their clients. Key to our high level of service is our Helpdesk. At all times there are multiple techs taking incoming calls and providing immediate support. The Helpdesk is managed by our Service Manager, who also insures timely setup of new PCs and repair of existing PCs.

We have invested in Connectwise, the industry leading software for IT Support companies. This program allows us to keep track of your unique setup so all of our staff is able to assist quickly and accurately.  Every issue or request gets setup as a new ticket so nothing ever gets missed.  The scheduling module makes it easy for us to work together and insure prompt service.

Back in 2008, IT Edge diversified and formed a software division that now focuses on SalesForce. We have a staff of certified Salesforce developers that consult, program and implement solutions for a wide variety of clients.

With the increased capabilities of the Cloud, we formed a position for Cloud and Software services to compliment our software division. Here we focus to see if the Cloud or In-House is the best option for our clients. We often find a blend of both is the right way to go.

Hours of Operation & Geographical Coverage Area

Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
We offer Extended Hours Support from:
Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm
Saturday from 8am to 2pm

We start early and work off hours as needed on projects to minimize downtime.
With 20+ years of successful conversions, we have it down to a science.

Coverage Area: Our service area is a 1 hour radius around King of Prussia.

We know that keeping your computer systems up and running is extremely important. We also feel there is a more important call to help those doing the greater good in the area.

Our primary non-profit customer is Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM).  They provide medical and dental care to the uninsured and underinsured of Chester County. We met them back in 2002 when they had 4 PCs with a handful of volunteer doctors.  We now support over 50 PCs and 4 Servers.  We do this proudly at no charge to CVIM.

We also proudly contribute to the Andrew L Hicks, Jr. Foundation & Christopher’s Cure charities every year.

To assist with local non-profits, we waive our annual support fee and cut our billing rate in half.  As of 2017, we provide IT services to over 15 local non profit companies.

Billing Rates

We know not every small business wants to be forced into a Managed Services plan with a fixed monthly fee. That is why in addition to our Managed Plan, we offer our Essentials Plan.  You pay a small annual fee to join the IT Edge support club, then we track your actual support time and bill you for just that time each month.  We find most small businesses prefer the pay as needed solution.

Fixed labor quotes are provided for all new project work.  Customers pay Dell and other IT vendors directly to insure everything is registered in your company’s name, not ours.
