Project Overview

AVIOM, Inc., an industry leader in personal monitor mixing and professional audio networking, partnered with IT Edge to completely overhaul its digital presence. The project delivered a high-performance 56-page website featuring over 15 custom page designs, an interactive dealer locator, and specialized support workflows. The new platform modernizes AVIOM’s brand image, streamlines global sales routing, and optimizes internal operations for ongoing growth.

The Project Scope

As AVIOM expanded its line of pro-audio hardware and networking systems, its existing web presence required a full-scale rebuild to organize deep technical resources and serve an international customer base. IT Edge was commissioned to engineer a scalable WordPress platform designed to showcase complex product ecosystems, provide intuitive self-service support, and connect buyers to distributors worldwide.

The IT Edge Strategy

  • Our team executed an end-to-end digital transformation focused on three primary areas:
  • Extensive Information Architecture & Design: We developed a cohesive global style guide and engineered a 56-page platform with 15+ unique page templates. This included 24 individual product pages, 9 category hubs, compatibility guides, and rich media galleries featuring video demos and lightbox assets.
  • Global Sales & Discovery Tools: To drive conversions, we built a filterable U.S. and International "Where to Buy" database alongside direct online purchasing links, routing customers directly to authorized dealers and distributors.
  • Triage-Driven Workflows & Hardened Security: We deployed customized, anti-spam-protected contact forms segmented into three dedicated pipelines—Technical Support, Returns & Repairs, and General Contact. The site was deployed on a novel hosting environment, fully integrated with Google Site Kit analytics, and guided through four rigorous quality review phases prior to launch.
