No plan customers will have support provided on a call back basis.

Managed Plan covers phone and remote support for all existing equipment for a fixed amount. We also install monitoring software on the servers as well as remote access software on the workstations. Any new work will be billed at your hourly rate. Requires clients have Sonicwall Firewall, Webroot Antivirus, Securence Email Filtering and a High Speed Internet Connection.

**Extended Support Hours are Sunday-Thursday from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Saturday from 8:00am-2:00pm. Cost is $400 for 1-10 Servers and PCs, $700 for 11-24 Servers and PCs, $1200 for 25+ Servers and PCs.

Priority support is in order by Managed, Essentials, No Plan.

The free loaner equipment does not include labor fees.

Managed Plan does not have an annual term.
