We have been using IT Edge for years to manage the computer system at our law office and have been very happy with their service.  Walt and the rest of the crew do a great job whenever we have an IT issue we can't handle in-house and they respond to service requests very quickly. My company has worked with IT Edge for many years. December  22nd our accounting computer quit. IT Edge provided a same day temporary repair until we could get a replacement. Their IT Consulting is proactive in tracking and suggesting upgrades for our business as well as collaborative in suggesting solutions that fit our budget year to year. We have been working with IT Edge since 2015 and have been amazed at the improvement we have seen with all of our computer systems. They have had a very consistent staff over the years, and have also done a great job of training new employees so that no matter who you get when you reach out to their customer support, they are able to help. In addition to the usual help desk support and new computer set up, IT Edge also designed and installed the museum's internal network. The systems they have set up and their emphasis on planning have resulted in far few emergency IT issues than we had before we were working with them.
